Nice rug, slow shipping
I finally decided to get a Beni Ourain rug after wanting one for ages. The rug itself is absolutely gorgeous, soft and exactly what I expected from the photos online. The craftsmanship is definitely there. However, shipping took a little longer than I hoped, almost two weeks to reach me in California. I understand these are handmade, but tracking updates were sparse which made me a bit antsy. Customer service was helpful when I inquired though. Overall, I'm happy with the rug but they could improve on shipping speed and communication.
